I really enjoyed learning New techniques with Matt. Hé knows his subject very well and has a great way to guide all participants through the process of création and composition. His style is laid back and not stressing and he is open to suggestions from the participants. Money Well spend !

I’m still so grateful that I had the opportunity to join Matt’s workshop in Lisbon.

From the very beginning, Matt created such a warm and inspiring space. It was amazing to learn from him, not only about photography, but also about the way he sees and captures the world. His way of working, his eye, and the wisdom he shared inspired me deeply.

What made the experience even more special is that I came home with images on my wall that will always remind me of that day. Looking at them, I can still feel what that day gave me and somehow, it changed something in me as a photographer.

My son and I attended Matt’s workshop in Lisbon, as part of the Lisbon Street Photography Festival. Even as an experienced amateur “street” is not something I’ve done, I learnt new skills and techniques and took away loads of inspiration.

As a parent, seeing my son get his creativity inspired and eyes opened to new possibilities was brilliant.

It was a full day and Matt was brilliant throughout, patiently explaining theory and putting it into practice. We had a brilliant day and would definitely recommend!

In Lisbon I had the pleasure to join one of Matt’s workshops. It was an eye-opening day of photography. It helped me to find even more joy and comfort in taking photos on the streets. His laidback approach, with extraordinary keen eyes, is great to experience.

I'm extremely new to photography, and started struggling after reaching a point of taking the same boring photos of people looking at their phones, walking in the opposite direction and just finding my location boring. Matt's workshop absolutely blew my mind in teaching how much you can do with the smallest things to create genuinely interesting photos! Not just about technique and settings, but a new way to look at the world and engage with it, to see opportunities for great compositions in the smallest, most mundane places and situations. I can't recommend it enough, it's changed the way I see the world and take photos.

A great day spent with Matt, I learned plenty and it was a pleasure to walk, talk, learn and experiment.
